What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Matthew Karen's Bar Mitzvah felt like hanging out at a casino in Las Vegas, except there were 13 year year olds in attendance and there is no need to take a flight to the West coast. We joined Matthew for his ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando and his reception followed. The reception decor took guests out of Orlando and transported them to Las Vegas. Large black and red feather tufts served as centerpieces and every guest received a paper dice at their seat. A table was covered in candy, which included fake cigarettes so that kids could feel like high rollers. The walls were lined in slot machines and other card tables. Guests especially enjoyed the chocolate fountain, photobooth and live entertainment. Live entertainment consisted of Bruce Sarafian juggling fire and riding a unicycle. Matthew was escorted into the soirée by two women dressed in showgirls costumes. Everyone had a blast and danced to music by J&R Productions. This party truly had something for everyone!
