As you probably know, Hurricane Irma, a category 4 storm with maximum sustained winds of 185 mph, plowed through Florida last weekend. After leaving behind a trail of destruction and heavy damage in parts of the Caribbean and Cuba, Florida residents were terrified of what the weekend would bring, and all 67 counties were placed in a state of emergency. So, you can imagine how worried Kelly Rosales and Matthew Martincevic were when they realized that their beautiful lake front wedding, set to take place that very Sunday, would have to be postponed until the storm cleared up on Tuesday. Their original venue, the Orange County Sportsmen Association, had lost power during the storm and could not get supplies. With family and friends from all over world expected to attend, the soon-to-be newlyweds were faced with the task of finding a new venue within two days. Fortunately, Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant at Point Orlando was able to accommodate their wedding ceremony and reception after Irma had passed. All the other vendors were able to assist the couple and change their schedule to service the beautiful wedding. Orlando Wedding photographer A Magic Moment provided the wedding photography, Rabbi Olshansky performed the wedding ceremony and Wendy Martinez coordinated the wedding. Congratulations Kelly and Matthew! A Magic Moment wishes you a lifetime of happy times and clear skies :)
